Socks for Autumn

Some new socks, because I never get tired of knitting socks.

noro kureyon socks

  • Yarn: Noro Kureyon sock yarn in color S255
  • Needles: US0/2mm
  • Pattern: CO 72, K1, P1 rib for 1″, decrease to 68, K stockinette for 1″, decrease to 64, K to heel. Slip stitch heel, wedge toe.
  • Notes: The last pair of Noro socks I made were on 2.5 mm needles, 3×1 rib, and felted into unwearability after 3 washes.  Hopefully more stitches and a tighter gauge will make them less likely to felt. I’ll also hand wash these.
